  • Hello

I just got a SLR digital Pentax K10D and I have been shooting fashion shows. My questions is how would
I program my camera to shoot in dim lighting with out a flash and tri pod. I am not so good on following their manual.

    Thanks for your feed back,
    Lenea

    Lenea, here are some tips:

    1. Use high ISO settings: 800 - 1600
    - Press the Fn button, set 'sensitivity' to 800 or 1600

    2. Use wide aperture: ~f2.8
    - you can shoot in AV mode (aperture priority) or TAv mode, let the camera adjust to the proper aperture and shutter speed

    3. Shoot in "continuous shooting" mode
Setting Instructions (refer to "other shooting mode" -> "continuous shooting" section in the user's manual)
    - Press the Fn button
    - Press upper arrow and select continuous shooting

    4. Switch on shake reduction function (page 70 of the user's manual)
